Are you someone with limited amount of car knowledge and need someone you can trust? Look no further. I was looking for a second opinion on my breaks, and I called Mario. Within hours, he had revised the case and had me scheduled to come into the shop for a look over. Mario, Adam, and Ashish all looked over my car and amended all the issues that had been causing me grief for over a month. They even gave me advice and a bit more background. Not only are they fantastic professionals, but also great people with fascinating backgrounds. I don’t think I will be going anywhere else for my car needs.

Went to see Mario after my car broke down in Canberra and I needed to get back to Melbourne. Mario went above and beyond to help me get the car fixed so I was able to get back home to Melbourne the next day. Reasonably priced and quality service. He even checked up on me after I left the shop to make sure the car is running fine. Highly recommend - such a legend!

This is one of the best days that our baby Jeep had. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We just had a major service a week ago and had additional repairs that the dealership have instructed us to do. The prices we were quoted is above high heavens so we tried searching and came up with the Autoguru which lead us to this shop. We checked the reviews and we were surprised of how good they seem to be. We had our fingers crossed that they're not just good on paper but truly worth taking a chance with. Mario, the owner is a very kind guy with utmost integrity. Upon checking, one repair we booked wasn't necessary. The only person who will tell the truth is an honest person. Mario is that guy. He's not after taking the customer's money. His business and his relationship with his customers is based on trust. I didn't even need to ask a question, as he's there to explain what's being done and why it's being done. And with Mario, he goes out of his way to help a customer like me. I left something in the car and he tried to get it despite the jeep already up and being started on, with a genuine smile on his face. I've never met a business owner who's so trustworthy and with genuine integrity. Mario's business is small with a massive heart. I left the shop without a nagging question nor concern. I am very grateful to Mario and to his staff. They are all good people. Going to 5A Mechanical Repairs is getting the complete package. Having good people who are knowledgeable with what they are doing, have integrity and concern for his customers and excellent customer service which will not leave you penniless. Mario was such a great, honest mechanic to deal with. He came recommended by two other friends and he was friendly and beyond helpful when buying a second hand car. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, he definitely saved me from a costly mistake. 10/10 would recommend.
